Surcharge for single room

• If a double room is used by only 1 person, we charge 70% of the price
  for a double room

Person on extra bed, children

• 3rd person on an extra bed with a 20% discount

• Accommodation of children under the age of 2 is free

• Accommodation of children aged 3 - 10 years with a 30% discount

• Adding a cot to the room is a one-time charge of CZK 150 per stay

Arrival and departure

• Accommodation on the day of arrival - 15:00-20:00

• On the day of departure, please vacate the room by 10 a.m

• If you would like to use the accommodation option on the day of arrival already before 3 p.m., or to keep the room until the afternoon on the day of departure, please contact us in order to verify this option and the price

Reception

• The reception is open every day from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m

• If you plan to arrive outside of the stated hours, please contact the reception

• The reception provides retail sales and it is also possible to purchase gift vouchers here

 

Stay with a dog

• Dog lovers are welcome, Mrthe fee for a dog is CZK 150/night

• Please do not leave your dogs alone in the rooms

 

Deposit

• For a binding reservation, we require a 30% deposit of the price of the stay

• We will send you the amount of the deposit together with the bank details with the confirmation of your reservation

• The supplement for the stay is paid on the day of arrival at the accommodation, it can be paid in cash
  or by card

Stays with an employer's contribution

• We can accurately invoice you for accommodation, hotel packages and all other services
  according to the requirements of your employer, so that you can draw, for example, the FKSP contribution

 

Smoking

• All parts of the hotel are non-smoking

Diet

• Breakfast - hot and cold buffet or served breakfast, depends on hotel
  occupancy (accommodation included)

• Special diet (gluten-free, lactose-free,...) - extra charge 80,-/day. Special the meal must be reported at least 5 days before arrival

• Free parking at the property for the entire duration of your stay (1 car/room)

Ski shop

• There is a ski storage room on the ground floor, one locker for each room

• Prohibition of entering hotel rooms in ski boots

Charge

• City recreation fee - 25/adult/day

Cancel fees

• No later than 14 calendar days before the start of the stay - 0% of the accommodation price​

• No later than 7 calendar days before the start of the stay - 25% of the accommodation price​

• No later than 2 calendar days before the start of the stay - 50% of the accommodation price​

• Less than 2 calendar days before the start of the stay - 100% of the accommodation price
